Summary: An adventurer named Lyra wakes up from unconsciousness on a mind flayer dimension-crossing ship infected with a parasitic tadpole that threatens to transform her into a mind flayer. Alongside several others who have met the same fate, they are forced to go on a quest to find a remedy to prevent ceremorphosis. However, Lyra found herself without her memories and resisting unwanted urges/thoughts, unlike her traveling companions. Missing memories and a lot of questions, with experiences in pain and pleasure.
However, as this story goes on...things might get interesting.

Chapter 3 Summary:
Lyra awakens on a wrecked shoreline after the nautiloid crash, injured but alive and still burdened by the parasite in her brain. Struggling with memory loss and intrusive, violent urges, she equips new armor found among the wreckage and searches for survivors. She finds Shadowheart alive, and the two agree to travel together in search of a cure and supplies. Along the way, they discover slain fishermen, fight off intellect devourers, and reflect on the innocent lives lost due to the crash, deepening Lyra’s internal conflict.
While exploring nearby ruins, Lyra experiments recklessly with magical glyphs, eventually pulling a stranded wizard, Gale, from a magical tear. He confirms the parasite will transform them into mind flayers and urges urgency in finding a cure. Despite tension and uncertainty, the group forms an uneasy alliance, united by survival and the shared threat growing inside them.
Rating: Baseline Mature due to the game
