Summary: An adventurer named Lyra wakes up from unconsciousness on a mind flayer dimension-crossing ship infected with a parasitic tadpole that threatens to transform her into a mind flayer. Alongside several others who have met the same fate, they are forced to go on a quest to find a remedy to prevent ceremorphosis. However, Lyra found herself without her memories and resisting unwanted urges/thoughts, unlike her traveling companions. Missing memories and a lot of questions, with experiences in pain and pleasure.
However, as this story goes on...things might get interesting.

Chapter 1 Summary:
The protagonist, Lyra, awakens imprisoned aboard a living, organic nautiloid ship after being abducted by a mind flayer. She witnesses the implantation of a parasitic tadpole into her eye, leaving her infected and disoriented.

After the ship is damaged in an attack, Lyra escapes her pod into a burning, grotesque environment of flesh and machinery. Suffering memory loss and intrusive, violent thoughts, she navigates the ship, gathering supplies and discovering strange devices that heal or harm.

She encounters a dying elf and frees an intellect devourer named “Us,” resisting urges to mutilate it. Forming an uneasy alliance, they attempt to reach the helm to escape. Outside, Lyra glimpses a hellish landscape—likely Avernus—filled with fire, blood rivers, and chaos. As they advance, danger closes in, culminating in an armored figure confronting them, setting the stage for imminent conflict.
